Job Summary
The Blood Donor Center Supervisor provides clinical and administrative supervision for front-line staff in the Blood Donor Center and blood drives. The supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations in the Blood Donor Center, overseeing employees, including performance reviews, scheduling, complaint management, onboarding, and performance management. The supervisor ensures donor safety and improves customer/staff satisfaction. Supervises the administrative, regulatory, and operative functions of the Blood Donor Center and the Patient Blood Management (PBM) program to ensure collection and transfusion-related activities are conducted safely and meet or exceed regulatory standards. Collaborates with the Transfusion Medicine Manager on budgetary activities and oversees all related activities with Marketing and Foundation Departments. Participates in transfusion-related meetings, peer reviews, and educational activities within the hospital.

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. If the position is part-time, salary will be pro-rated based on scheduled hours. The pay range may vary within the stated range based on specialty if applicable. Non-Exempt positions may have shift differential and/or Overtime paid, if applicable.
Pay Range: $57,000-$85,000
