Role Overview:

• Manage claims in jurisdictions including MO, IL, KS, IA, and NE.
• Licensing requirements include a Home State Work Comp Adjuster License or licenses for TX, FL, or All Lines.
• This position offers the flexibility of full remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate a team handling workers' compensation claims.
• Ensure claims are managed in accordance with Gallagher's standards.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance of team members.
• Utilize Gallagher's technology to improve team efficiency.
• Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and brokers.
• Manage multiple priorities and support team development.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience with Workers Compensation Lost Time/Indemnity Claims and Litigation.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing a team of claims adjusters.
• Jurisdictional experience in MO, IL, KS, IA, and NE.
• Minimum 10 years of related claims experience.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proper licensing in all states where claims are handled.
