Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or four to eight years of related work experience.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
• A valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
• Physical requirements include ability to lift/push/pull heavy weights and long hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise blood collection staff, including training and performance.
• Drive for results and serve others with respect for customers and donors.
• Connect with donors to understand their stories and convey the value of donation.
• Foster a friendly team environment to encourage repeat donor visits.
