Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR a combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
• Physical requirements may include lifting, pushing or pulling heavy weights and long hours.
• Minimum height of 60 inches may be required for safe operation of Red Cross vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise blood collection staff, including training and performance.
• Drive for results and to serve others with a high level of respect for customer service.
• Interact with donors—listen to their stories and explain the value of their donation.
• Foster a friendly, team-oriented environment to keep donors returning.
