The American Red Cross in Garden City, KS seeks a Blood Collection Supervisor to lead our blood collection team, training staff and ensuring a superior donor experience. Responsibilities include driving for results, supporting donors with compassion, and maintaining a respectful, team-oriented environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years of supervision, customer service skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and work experience in a related field required.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills required.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
• Physical requirements may include lifting and long hours; a minimum height of 60 inches may be required to operate Red Cross vehicles.
