Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biological or chemical science from an accredited institution.
• Associate’s degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution.
• CLIA-based testing qualifications and appropriate training per level.

Responsibilities

• Performs waived, moderate, or high complexity laboratory testing under supervision.
• Maintains and troubleshoots laboratory equipment and performs QA data collection.
• Operates QC/QA procedures and documents results for regulatory compliance.
• Assists with training staff and participates in regulatory inspections.
• Acts as liaison with internal/external customers and supports POCT oversight when required.
