SRM Concrete is seeking a results-driven dispatcher to join our Central Dispatch team in Florida. You will answer inquiries, coordinate orders, and ensure timely concrete deliveries while delivering outstanding service.

The role emphasizes multitasking, strong communication, safety adherence, and collaboration with plants, drivers, and sales. Previous dispatch/logistics or customer service experience is helpful, with training provided.

• Foster collaboration with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members for seamless communication.
• Promote safety by upholding regulations and company policies.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to process improvements.
