Job summary

PistonPay is hiring a Sales Development Representative to own outbound across the gas station network from their Lehi, Utah office. You’ll be the first conversation prospects have with PistonPay, qualifying interest and booking discovery calls for Account Executives.

This is a builder’s role centered on developing relationships, with a high-volume outbound cadence and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and leadership. On-site, full-time position with equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a genuine drive to build a long-term career in sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle a high-volume outbound cadence (100+ dials/day) and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Coachable, competitive, and energized by building something from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Prospect across the gas station network through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach (100+ calls/day).
• Qualify inbound leads against ICP and book discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Build network-level relationships and referral pathways that compound pipeline.
• Partner with marketing on campaigns and ICP refinement for OTR network.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Outreach, and test messaging/tactics.
