Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Business Operations professional to join Production and drive strategic projects across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, and adjacent teams. You will tackle ambiguous problems with rigorous analysis and deliver end-to-end solutions.

You’ll work across functions including Finance, HR, Growth, and Engineering, using data from ERP/MRP/HRIS and tools like Excel and Palantir Foundry to improve on-time delivery, cost, and quality in a fast-growing hardware

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, internal operations, a business analyst role, or similar.
• Self-driven and relentlessly proactive; you move without being told.
• You proactively identify gaps and propose solutions with iteration.
• Ability to build clear frameworks to structure messy hardware startup problems.
• Strong analytical aptitude; comfortable translating operational problems into data insights.
• Excellent communication skills; able to present to large groups and leadership.
• U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Own operational projects end-to-end from definition to implementation.
• Work on hardware-software system intersections (inventory, asset-tracking, manufacturing data).
• Provide structure to ambiguity and lead cross-functional stakeholder decisions.
• Leverage data from ERP, MRP, HRIS to create insights and analytics (Excel, Palantir Foundry).
• Execute quick analyses and also scalable long-term solutions.
• Project manage across many stakeholders and coordinate large teams.
• Collaborate across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, HR, Recruiting, Growth, and more.
