Anduril Industries is seeking a BizOps professional embedded in Production to drive end-to-end improvements across supply chain, manufacturing, planning and related functions. You will tackle ambiguous problems, build data-driven solutions using Excel and Palantir Foundry, and partner with Finance, HR, Growth, and engineering to boost efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, internal operations, or similar.
• Self-driven and proactive with ability to move initiatives forward without direction.
• Able to propose solutions and iterate with the team using feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own operational projects end-to-end from Definition to Implementation.
• Work on hardware and software system intersections (inventory, asset-tracking, manufacturing data).
• Provide structure to ambiguity and guide cross-functional stakeholders toward decisions.
• Leverage ERP/MRP/HRIS data to derive insights and analytics.
• Conduct short-term scrappy analyses and scalable long-term solutions.
• Project manage across many stakeholders and lead large group discussions.
• Collaborate across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, HR, and Growth.
