Job summary

Inizio Engage, in Irvine, CA, seeks a results-oriented salesperson to cover a defined territory, representing a top biotechnology partner. The role combines business development with consultative selling, requiring a deep understanding of product data and clinical impact.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a track record as a top producer, manage territory effectively, and work with clinicians to drive outcomes while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years business or customer service experience; sales preferred.
• Pharmaceutical Sales highly preferred.
• Men's Health preferred.
• Proven time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Strong work ethic and drive to succeed in all situations.
• Positive attitude and growth mindset.
• Resourcefulness to overcome challenges in a new territory.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability/willingness to travel extensively; local and potential overnight travel required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed all established territory sales plan and objectives by developing and implementing strategies for the territory.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted opinion leaders and physicians.
• Plan workdays and sales calls to achieve activity goals.
• Develop and implement programs (speakers' bureau, symposia) to maximize sales opportunities.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and timely.
• Present current, effective sales presentations to customers.
• Maintain a professional sales image in all business matters.
• Comply with regulations and Pharma guidelines; operate within policies and standards.
• Attend regional and national conferences throughout the year.
