Inizio Engage is seeking a territory sales professional in New Jersey to represent a leading biotechnology partner. You will meet sales objectives, build relationships with physicians, and present clinical data effectively.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, exceptional communication, time management, and a willingness to travel extensively. We offer a competitive base pay, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years business or customer service experience; sales preferred.
• Pharmaceutical Sales highly preferred.
• Men's Health preferred.
• Proven time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Strong work ethic and drive to succeed in all situations.
• Positive attitude and growth mindset.
• Resourcefulness in new territory.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability/willingness to travel extensively and stay at a location for an extended period; local and overnight travel may be required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed territory sales plan and objectives with territory-specific strategies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted opinion leaders and physicians.
• Plan workdays and sales calls to achieve activity goals.
• Develop and implement special programs to maximize sales opportunities.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and timely.
• Present a current, effective sales presentation to customers.
• Present a professional sales image in all business matters.
• Operate territory within pharma guidelines and company policies.
• Attend regional and national conferences.
