Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive the launch and ongoing growth of its first commercial product within a designated US territory.

You will educate healthcare providers on Mineralys’ therapy, build trusted relationships, and achieve territory sales goals. The role requires strong selling skills, customer engagement, and a passion for improving patient outcomes in hypertension and related conditions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience or equivalent
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred
• Prior launch experience preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and building relationships

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of disease state, clinical data, and treatment guidelines.
• Create and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Consistently meet sales goals, activity targets, and launch milestones.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
