Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager in the United States to lead education of healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, and drive product adoption for Mineralys’ first commercial product.

You will develop a territory business plan, manage travel up to 60%, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and deliver against sales goals in a fast-paced biotech launch environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• Launch experience preferred.
• Cardiometabolic specialty sales preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Territory Management / Business Execution: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of disease state, clinical data, and guidelines; build and execute a territory business plan; drive product adoption and compliant utilization; analyze territory trends and opportunities; meet sales goals and maintain CRM records.
• Customer Engagement / Selling Excellence: Deliver strategic call plans; communicate clinical data and product value; present high-quality product demonstrations; address customer questions with credibility; support patient access initiatives.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Training, Field Ops and Analytics; share insights with leadership; support regional meetings and launch programs.
• Compliance / Culture: Maintain integrity and comply with policies and regulations; uphold Mineralys values in all interactions.
• Travel: Up to 60% travel required.
