Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, share clinical information about Amgen products, and navigate the payer environment. The role emphasizes relationship-building, account management, and achieving sales targets within assigned territories.

The position requires a solid sales background with healthcare‑related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across teams to promote products

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's degree with 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED with 6 years of Sales experience.
• Senior: Bachelor's degree with 3 years of sales/clinical experience in healthcare or related field; or Associate degree with 6 years sales/clinical experience; or High school diploma with 8 years sales/clinical experience.
• Preferred qualifications include sales, marketing and/or clinical experience within pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare industries and related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products and communicate clinical benefits to medical professionals.
• Deliver branded sales messages and participate in educational programs; achieve or exceed sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts including customized discussions, ensuring product access, resolving reimbursement issues, and maintaining contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy, analyze sales activities and territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Representative.
• Demonstrate passion for our products throughout the sales cycle and uphold brand values.
• Uphold ethical standards and ensure quality in all customer interactions.
