Job summary

Amgen is recruiting for a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative. You will communicate the clinical benefits of Amgen's products to medical professionals, lead programs, and strive to exceed sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement.

The role emphasizes building relationships, coordinating with account teams, and addressing access and reimbursement issues while aligning with Amgen values to improve patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare/scientific field that is not sales related.
• Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare/scientific field that is not sales related.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Lead sales initiatives to achieve territory targets through branded messages and educational programs.
• Develop customer relationships, ensure product access, resolve reimbursement issues, and manage contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Representative.
