Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, share clinical knowledge, and promote Amgen products while navigating payer environments. You will drive territory sales under the District Manager, develop customer relationships, and support reimbursement and contracts as needed.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ethical conduct, and delivering branded messages through in-person and virtual engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required for Senior role; multiple paths listed for Representative.
• 4 years of Sales experience with an Associate degree; 6 years with a high school diploma.
• Healthcare or clinical experience non-sales acceptable for Senior role.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals.
• Promote products and implement marketing strategy under District Manager.
• Deliver branded messages and education programs to drive appropriate utilization.
• Develop relationships to manage accounts, ensure product access, and aid with contracts.
• Contribute to territory planning, marketing feedback, and cross-team collaboration.
• Uphold Amgen values and maintain brand integrity throughout the sales cycle.
