Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, communicate clinical benefits, and drive product utilization across the Tucson region and neighboring Arizona markets. You will implement marketing strategy and promote Amgen products under district leadership.

The role requires 3–6 years of sales or healthcare/clinical experience, a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and the ability to navigate payer systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in life sciences, business, or related field.
• 4+ years of sales experience with healthcare/clinical context preferred.
• Strong understanding of payer environments and product access.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals.
• Lead sales programs and achieve territory targets in-person and virtually.
• Develop accounts and resolve reimbursement issues while maintaining contracts.
