You will support the end-to-end interview process, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The role involves coordinating interviews, travel, and onsite visits, while administering the Greenhouse ATS and keeping candidate records up to date.

You will collaborate across teams to improve processes and help drive timely hiring across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination or related experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-service mindset.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates throughout interview process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and calendars.
• Arrange candidate travel, onsite visits, and interview logistics.
• Maintain and update candidate data in Greenhouse and other systems.
• Support recruitment events and employer branding initiatives.
