Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting coordination or related experience in biotech, life sciences, healthcare, or fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and calendars.
• Arrange candidate travel and onsite visits as needed.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, executives, and interview teams for a seamless process.
• Manage Greenhouse ATS: postings, data entry, candidate progression.
