Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR, or related roles.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting with high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-service mindset.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and calendars.
• Arrange candidate travel and onsite interview logistics as needed.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, executives, and interview teams.
• Maintain candidate records, feedback, requisitions, templates, and communications.
• Monitor recruiting activity and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency.
• Support talent acquisition projects, reporting, events, and employer branding.
• Help create an inclusive, positive candidate experience.
