Job summary

The Planet Group is actively seeking a talent acquisition professional in New Jersey to drive full-cycle recruitment across corporate, commercial, scientific, and technical roles. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers, partnering with hiring managers to align staffing priorities and requirements.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in talent acquisition, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities independently.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and recruitment priorities.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Support recruitment across corporate, commercial, scientific, and technical functions.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist with offer development, background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment activities.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and assist with tracking hiring metrics and reporting.
• Support talent acquisition initiatives, including internship programs, employer branding, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
