Responsibilities

• Cultivate and evaluate new candidate sourcing channels.
• Attend discovery sessions with recruiters and sales/account management.
• Source clinical candidates at national or regional level.
• Support requisition lifecycle with sourcing strategy.
• Partner with business leaders and recruiters.
• Apply defined sourcing process for efficient time use.
• Preliminary phone screens to evaluate candidate fit.
• Identify motivators to influence candidate decisions.
• Track sourcing activities and results in the CRM.
• Assist in evaluating source channel effectiveness.
