Job summary

Acrotech Biopharma Inc in New Jersey is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full life-cycle recruiting, screen candidates, and prepare them for interviews, serving as the public face of the company during the process.

Onsite 4 days a week with one day remote, you will collaborate with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and manage iCims dashboards to optimize recruiting and compensation discussions with candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven success recruiting for a wide range of positions.
• Strong ability to develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines.
• Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably iCims.
• Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to strategize recruiting.
• Develop sourcing pools and establish interviewing criteria.
• Post job ads across boards, social media, and networks to build pipelines.
• Review applications, conduct initial phone screens and narrow candidate pools.
• Advise on top candidates for in-person interviews and offer management.
• Train and support iCims users and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to monitor recruitment performance.
