Job summary

Recruiter.com in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support hiring across R&D, Sales, and Corporate functions within a global organization in the specialty ingredients and life sciences industry. The role is hybrid with three days onsite in northern New Jersey.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, develop sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, and maintain ATS data while delivering a strong candidate experience across technical and commercial talent pools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across R&D/scientific, technical, sales, or corporate functions is preferred.
• Experience in life sciences, chemicals, food/ingredients, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, manufacturing, or technical industries is desirable.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to recruit specialized talent.
• Comfortable partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and candidate-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across R&D, Sales, and Corporate functions.
• Recruit for scientists, chemists, product development and technical professionals, sales and corporate talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, role requirements, and priorities.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Identify and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screens and provide recommendations to hiring teams.
• Manage interview processes, candidate communication, and offer coordination.
• Maintain recruiting activity and candidate information in the ATS.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights on talent availability and compensation.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience while balancing multiple searches.
