Job summary

BioLegend is seeking a life science graduate with 1–3 years of R&D/manufacturing experience to coordinate internal and external projects for our Custom Solutions team in San Diego. You will manage your own project pipeline from scoping to manufacturing and delivery to customers, including CROs, biopharma, GMP and IVD accounts.

You will communicate with multiple stakeholders, maintain timely responses, and use CRM/ERP tools to track quotes, orders, and project status.

Qualifications

• BS in Life or Natural Sciences required or demonstrated degree in a closely related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in R&D/manufacturing in the life sciences industry is required.
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and ERP software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Qualify incoming leads for custom GMP/IVD queries from customers and field team.
• Track quotes and orders in CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce and D365).
• Respond promptly to customer emails and phone calls.
• Proactively communicate changes to project specs with internal and external teams and document changes.
• Provide guidance to streamline workflow and manage customer priorities.
• Run weekly project status reports and identify bottlenecks with solutions.
• Promote a safe and compliant work environment.
• Handle additional projects to enable success of projects.
