Job summary

BioLegend seeks a life science project coordinator to handle internal and external project coordination for the Custom Solutions team, guiding projects from scoping through manufacturing to on-time delivery. You will manage a diverse stakeholder group, including CROs and biopharma accounts, ensuring clear communication and adherence to timelines.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to juggle multiple projects with CRM and ERP tools.

Qualifications

• BS in Life or Natural Sciences.
• 1–3 years of experience in R&D/manufacturing in the life sciences industry.
• BS/MS in life sciences.
• Experience in a lab environment is preferred.
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) is preferred.
• Experience with ERP software is preferred.
• Understand common assays like SDS-PAGE, SEC, and Endotoxin testing (gel clot).

Responsibilities

• Qualify incoming leads for custom (GMP, IVD, Bioprocessing) queries from customers and the field team.
• Track quotes and orders on CRM and ERP systems.
• Support customer needs by ensuring timely responses to emails and calls.
• Communicate changes to project specifications to internal and external teams.
• Provide proactive guidance to streamline workflow and balance priorities.
• Run weekly reports on custom projects and report status to supervisor.
