Job summary

BPS Bioscience Inc. in San Diego seeks a Supply Chain Planning and Customer Support professional to coordinate production, inventory, and customer inquiries across production, QA, and lab operations.

You will monitor schedules, manage documentation, and provide timely production status updates to customers, while supporting NCRs/CAPAs, ensuring quality, and regulatory compliance in a biotech manufacturing environment. Proficiency with NetSuite is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science with 2 years of related experience required.
• Knowledge of biotech operations and production is a plus.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production flow and maintain visibility of schedules and priorities.
• Support production meetings with timely updates and issue tracking.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment to prevent delays.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries on status and orders.
• Recordkeeping in NetSuite to capture NCRs and cases.
• Collaborate with QA to close NCRs and CAPAs.
• Support documentation and SOP updates for production and supply.
