Job summary

BioLegend, Inc. is seeking a life science graduate with 1–3 years of R&D/manufacturing experience to join our Custom Solutions team in San Diego. You will coordinate internal and external projects, manage pipelines from scoping to delivery, and liaise with CROs, biopharma, GMP and IVD accounts.

The role offers exposure to multiple business areas, opportunities for growth, and a focus on delivering legendary customer service. Strong organizational and diplomatic skills are required.

Qualifications

• BS in Life or Natural Sciences required.
• 1–3 years of R&D/manufacturing experience in life sciences.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Qualify incoming leads for custom GMP/IVD queries from customers and field team.
• Track quotes and orders on CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce and D365.
• Support customer needs with timely responses to emails and calls.
• Proactively communicate changes to project specs with internal and external teams and document these changes.
• Provide guidance to streamline workflow and manage customer priorities.
• Run weekly reports on custom projects and report status to supervisor.
• Promote a safe and compliant work environment.
• Other duties as needed to enable project success.
