Job summary

Qualifications
- Strong business acumen and ability to identify sales opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Understanding of microscopy solutions and their biotech/pharma applications.
- Experience selling to biotech or pharma markets is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by identifying biotech/pharma opportunities.
- Build relationships through in-person visits and networking.
- Develop enterprise solutions and software services portfolio sales.
- Organize workshops, webinars, and events to showcase ZEISS solutions.
- Collaborate on campaigns with the BD team to generate opportunities.
- Create domain-specific content to support sales efforts.
- Establish partnerships with biopharma organizations to expand presence.
- Provide sector insights to support KOL meetings and opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends to uncover new sales opportunities.
