Job summary

ZEISS Group in the United States seeks a Biotech/Pharma Key Account Manager to drive sales growth within biotech and pharmaceutical markets, leveraging ZEISS microscopy knowledge and spatial biology applications.

The role requires consultative, value‑based selling, relationship management with scientists and procurement, and collaboration with PASS, service teams and partners. Travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in biological science or bioengineering.
• Experience in technical sales for biotech/pharma.
• Knowledge of spatial biology and high-content imaging preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for biotech/pharma markets.
• Manage full sales cycle with consultative selling.
• Deliver in-person and remote demonstrations of Core Light Microscopy portfolio.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships.
• Maintain pipeline visibility and CRM updates.
• Travel up to 60%.
