We’re seeking a Partner Enablement Program Manager to design and own enablement curricula and certification tracks for implementation partners in pharma and life sciences. You’ll partner across Enablement, Customer Experience, Product, and Partners to scale programs.

Qualifications

• BS or MSc in molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, or life sciences.
• Experience designing enablement programs from scratch and working with external audiences.
• 4+ years in enablement, training, or program management with partners or customers.
• Experience with SI, channel, or SaaS partner enablement is preferred.
• Proficiency with eLearning tools and assessment platforms for live training.
• Strong content development skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with knowledge practices (KCS) is a plus.
• Ability to facilitate technical and semi-technical training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Design and own a scalable partner enablement framework including onboarding curricula and learning tracks.
• Build tiered partner certification paths aligned to delivery standards.
• Serve as primary enablement contact for partner programs.
• Facilitate live training sessions, onboarding cohorts, and certification workshops.
• Define partner readiness criteria and gate partner delivery by competency.
• Maintain a structured enablement content repository with the Enablement team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop scalable onboarding and product release enablement.
• Define and track KPIs: certification attainment, time-to-readiness, delivery quality, partner-sourced issues.
