Job summary

Benchling is building an AI-enabled platform for biotech R&D, expanding the Professional Services team to deliver implementations for customers ranging from startups to large BioPharma.

As an Implementation Manager, you will leverage your scientific background, project management skills, and product expertise to drive successful rollouts of the Benchling platform, collaborating closely with researchers and Benchling teams to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Immunology, Bioinformatics or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a lab or research setting.
• Strong communication with stakeholders including scientists, IT leads and executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage initial rollouts for new Benchling customers and expansion projects.
• Own implementation success from kickoff to go-live.
• Develop detailed project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget deployments.
• Understand customers' scientific workflows to tailor Benchling solutions.
• Lead workshops, data modeling, configuration, testing and training of users.
• Advise customers on Benchling Best Practices during implementation.
• Document pain points and advocate for product changes internally.
• Develop and optimize enterprise training materials and collateral.
• Collaborate with sales on opportunities for account expansion post go-live.
