Job summary

ICONMA is seeking a Logistics Specialist for its client in South San Francisco, CA. The role focuses on handling hazardous materials, international shipments, and inventory control within a biotech manufacturing environment.

You will manage documentation, operate RF scanners, and ensure accurate data entry while maintaining clean, safe, and compliant work areas. Overtime may be required as needed to support operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse/inventory roles.
• IATA certification and international shipping documentation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process hazardous materials, R&D materials, and product sample shipments; manage international shipments with proper documentation.
• Receive and dispense finished goods, WIP inventory, and packaging components to and from manufacturing facilities.
• Pick, pack, and ship clinical finished drug products domestically and internationally.
• Coordinate and schedule destruction activities for rejected, returned, or expired products.
• Maintain the inventory control system and conduct regular cycle counts for accuracy.
