Job summary

BioLegend, Inc. in San Diego, CA seeks a detail-oriented Warehouse/Lab associate to maintain materials and inventory in a fast-paced biotech setting.

You will perform data entry, manage the Perfect Pick WMS, track ERP inventory, and conduct cycle counts for finish goods and components while updating SOPs and training new associates. This role collaborates with Packaging, Customer Service, Planning, Manufacturing and Receiving/Shipping teams.

Qualifications

• 1 year of lab experience.
• 2 years of inventory control experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in trouble shooting shipping errors.
• Monitor materials within packaging and shipping adjustments and errors.
• Perform data entry to document material transactions accurately.
• Transfer materials for internal customer use and for inventory needs.
• Maintain accuracy of inventories for finish good inventory and components.
• Perform inventory counts and adjustments in the ERP system.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Organize and complete inventory related projects.
• Develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures.
• Create and maintain quality documents in accordance with ISO standards.
• Track KPI metrics.
