Job summary

Hongene Biotech Corporation is seeking an Operations Specialist to maintain day-to-day on-site operations at our Union City, CA facility. You will manage inventory, coordinate procurement, and support logistics activities while ensuring materials, equipment, and documentation stay accurate and compliant with SOPs.

The role requires attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to move between counts, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks with reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree a plus.
• 1+ years in warehouse, lab operations, inventory, or logistics support.
• Ability to lift/move materials and operate standard equipment.
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• On-site laboratory/operations environment with SOP adherence.

Responsibilities

• On-site operations & inventory support in laboratory and operations areas.
• Receive materials, verify accuracy, label, and distribute to internal teams.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through counts, organization, and system updates.
• Support material movement, storage, and organization.
• Assist with purchasing and procurement of direct materials and supplies.
• Coordinate domestic and international logistics activities and deliveries.
• Complete required documentation for inventory, logistics, and vendor services.
