Bio-Techne is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Emeryville, CA to oversee planning, storage and distribution of products. The role involves processing orders, maintaining inventory, preparing shipping documents for domestic and international shipments, and ensuring compliance with quality systems.

You will collaborate with customers and freight forwarders, use Sage and Platinum software, and uphold ISO 9001 standards.

Qualifications

• AA or BA in business and/or Life Science or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and experience with a QMS a plus.
• Previous experience in coordination/logistics preferred.

Responsabilités

• Enter and process purchase and sales orders in Sage.
• Receive products, verify description, quantity and temperature, inspect for damage.
• Record product receipts.
• Store products per product specifications.
• Prepare and apply product labeling.
• Prepare daily shipping documents per sales orders, incl. COAs, datasheets, and invoices.
• Prepare customer-specific shipping documents.
• Maintain inventory of packaging and shipping materials.
• Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and agencies to export/import.
• Adhere to company EE Handbook and safety guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
