Job summary

The role processes shipments, prepares documentation, tracks inventory with RF scanners, and ensures SOP compliance. Candidates must lift up to 50 lbs, pass TSA background, and have 0–5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; 0-5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and inventory control.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work occasional overtime.
• Pass TSA background check and complete Certified Cargo Screening Program (CCSP) requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process domestic and international shipments of hazardous materials, R&D materials, product samples, and clinical drug products.
• Prepare shipping documentation and ensure proper packaging in compliance with applicable regulations and SOPs.
• Receive, dispense, pick, pack, and ship finished goods, work-in-progress inventory, and packaging components.
• Manage returned, rejected, and expired drug products, coordinating destruction with approved vendors.
• Maintain inventory systems, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Use warehouse systems, databases, and RF scanners to maintain accurate inventory transactions and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment; operate material-handling equipment.
• Follow SOPs, support process improvements, and assist with training new team members.
