Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support end-to-end product flow for hazardous materials, R&D materials, clinical drug product distribution, and inventory management. You will ensure compliant, accurate, and timely shipping, receiving, and documentation while following SOPs and regulatory standards.

This 100% onsite role requires attention to detail and strong collaboration. Responsibilities include handling international shipments, inventory control, cycle counting, and data entry

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 0–5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and inventory control concepts.

Responsibilities

• Process hazardous materials, R&D materials, and product shipments, including international documentation.
• Receive and dispense finished goods, WIP inventory, and components to manufacturing facilities.
• Pick, pack, and ship clinical finished drug products to domestic and international destinations.
• Process rejected, returned, or expired drug products for destruction.
• Coordinate and schedule destruction activities with approved destruction sites.
• Maintain inventory control system for drug products and conduct cycle counts.
• Operate material-handling equipment and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Train new team members and suggest SOP improvements.
