Qualifications

• Provide desktop, hardware, software, and information systems support to internal and external users.
• Resolve service tickets, document technical issues, and maintain accurate support records.
• Install, configure, test, and support technology systems, user accounts, updates, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and consultants to resolve IT issues.
• Associate Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Support, Information Systems, Desktop Support, Help Desk, or a related technical support role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, user access, and system-related issues.
• Ability to provide remote and onsite technical support as needed.
• Strong communication, customer service, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative technical support team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues remotely and onsite.
• Install, configure, update, and upgrade desktops, laptops, software applications, and system interfaces.
• Create user accounts, reset passwords, perform access support, and assist with system testing.
• Manage service tickets from intake through resolution while maintaining accurate documentation and service reports.
• Provide professional technical guidance and customer service to internal teams, external clients, vendors, and consultants.
• Stay current on technology trends and recommend improvements to support efficiency and service quality.
