Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT Support, Desktop Support, Help Desk, or IT Coordinator experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for office and field users.
• Manage company-issued mobile devices and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, user accounts, and collaboration tools.
• Configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and track mobile devices and inventory.
• Support field technology and occasional site visits.
• Improve documentation and IT processes.
