Qualifications

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and support desktop hardware and phone equipment.
• Provide Windows 11 software support and hardware diagnostics.
• Support video conferencing systems and meeting technology.
• Assist with IT inventory tracking and software license compliance.
• Minimum 1–2 years of hardware field service or desktop support experience.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer equipment, phone equipment, and related office technology, including site preparation.
• Provide hardware diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and ongoing technical support.
• Troubleshoot and support software issues in a Windows 11 desktop environment.
• Manage and support video conferencing equipment and meeting technology.
• Assist with administrative IT tasks, including physical hardware inventory and software license compliance.
• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation to support business needs.
