Job summary

A growing biotech company in South San Francisco is seeking an IT Support and Operations Engineer to manage day-to-day IT operations across Mac and Windows. This fully onsite role offers a competitive rate and is initially a 4-6 month contract. Ideal candidates should have over 5 years of supporting experience in similar environments and technologies. Knowledge of ITIL and experience in the biotech/pharma sector is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience supporting both Mac and Windows.
• Experience in small-to-medium sized company environments.
• Proven experience supporting the specified tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations across Mac/Windows.
• Administer tools like Addigy, InTune, O365, Okta, Slack, Zoom.
• Oversee helpdesk tickets in Jira.
