Inizio Engage is seeking a results-driven pharmaceutical sales professional to cover a California territory, focusing on growth in Men’s Health and related products. The role requires building KOL and physician relationships, executing sales plans, and delivering compliant programs across medical and patient solutions channels.

You will travel extensively, manage time effectively, and present compelling, regulation-compliant sales presentations while upholding the company’s standards and goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years business or customer service experience; sales preferred.
• Pharmaceutical sales highly preferred.
• Men's Health preferred.
• Proven time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong work ethic and drive to succeed in all situations.
• Positive attitude and growth mindset.
• Resourcefulness in new territory.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively; valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed all territory sales plans and objectives by developing and implementing territory strategies.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted opinion leaders and physicians.
• Plan workdays and calls to accomplish activity goals.
• Develop and implement special programs within territory to maximize sales opportunities (speakers bureau, symposia, etc.).
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and timely.
• Present a current, effective sales presentation to customers.
• Maintain a professional image in all business matters.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Pharma guidelines; operate within policies and standards.
• Attend regional and national conferences throughout the year.
