Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a results-oriented sales professional to manage a defined territory and represent Xyosted for a leading biotechnology partner. You will meet or exceed sales objectives, build relationships with key opinion leaders and physicians, and plan daily calls and programs to maximize opportunities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree, 2+ years in business or customer service with sales experience, and willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 2+ years business or customer service experience; sales preferred.
• Pharmaceutical sales experience highly preferred.
• Men’s Health experience preferred.
• Proven time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and stay away from home as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales plan and objectives.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians and leaders.
• Plan workdays and sales calls to achieve activity goals.
• Develop and implement programs within the territory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Complete assigned administrative tasks accurately and timely.
• Present a current, effective sales presentation to customers.
• Attend regional and national conferences as required.
