Job summary

Inizio Engage is hiring for a Pharmaceutical Sales role in Huntsville, AL, representing Halozyme's Xyosted product. You will meet sales plans, build relationships with physicians and opinion leaders, and plan daily activity to maximize opportunities.

You will travel extensively, sustain a professional sales image, and ensure regulatory compliance across conferences and programs. Minimum 2+ years in business or customer service; pharmaceutical sales preferred and Men's Health exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years business or customer service experience; sales preferred.
• Pharmaceutical Sales highly preferred.
• Men's Health preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability/willingness to travel extensively and stay away from home.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed all established territory sales plan and objectives.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted opinion leaders and physicians.
• Effectively plan workdays and sales calls to achieve goals.
• Develop and implement special programs within territory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Complete assigned administrative tasks accurately and timely.
• Communicate a current, effective sales presentation to customers.
• Present a professional sales image in all business matters.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Pharma guidelines; operate territory within policies.
• Attend regional and national conferences.
