Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a driven pharmaceutical sales professional to lead growth in the Michigan Grand Rapids territory for Xyosted. You will build relationships with physicians and key opinion leaders, implement territory programs, and manage administrative tasks while adhering to industry guidelines.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in sales or customer service, and strong time-management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in business or customer service; sales preferred.

• Willingness to travel and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales plan and objectives in the Michigan Grand Rapids territory.
• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted opinion leaders and physicians.
• Plan workdays and sales calls to meet activity goals.
• Develop and implement territory programs (speakers' bureau, symposia, etc.).
• Complete assigned administrative tasks accurately and timely.
• Communicate current, effective sales presentations to customers.
• Present a professional sales image in all business matters.
• Attend regional and national conferences.
