Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative for the Atlanta, GA area. The role focuses on promoting Xyosted through building strong relationships with physicians and opinion leaders while meeting territory sales goals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, plan strategic visits, and participate in regional conferences. A bachelor’s degree and prior pharma sales experience greatly strengthen candidacy; travel and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years business or customer service experience; sales preferred.
• Pharmaceutical sales highly preferred.
• Men's Health preferred.
• Proven time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong work ethic and drive to succeed in all situations.
• Positive attitude and growth mindset.
• Willingness to travel extensively and stay away from home.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales plans and objectives.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted opinion leaders and physicians.
• Plan workdays and calls to accomplish activity goals.
• Develop and implement special programs within territory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Complete assigned administrative tasks in a timely, accurate, legible, and organized manner.
• Communicate a current, effective, and accurate sales presentation to customers.
• Present a professional sales image in all business matters.
• Attend regional and national conferences throughout the year.
