Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks a performance-driven Sales Leader in the Phoenix area to recruit, mentor, and drive a high-performing district for a leading biotechnology partner. You will coach reps on product value, navigate clinical and reimbursement information, and align field activities with approved materials and client requirements.

The role demands 10+ years of pharma/biotech sales leadership, strategic account management, and strong analytical skills, with travel as needed to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required and 10+ years of sales management in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Ability to influence team activities and lead through change.
• Experience recruiting, retaining and developing high‑performing teams.
• DNA of product launches and strategic account planning.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Willingness for overnight travel and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and manage a high performing sales team.
• Coach reps on communicating product value and clinical information.
• Drive account engagement strategies with key decision-makers.
• Set direction for account planning using customer insights.
• Coordinate patient access and education resources with stakeholders.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across multispecialty accounts.
• Leverage data to identify trends and improve HCP engagement.
• Monitor performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Ensure adherence to policies and engage client leadership to meet objectives.
