Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks an experienced sales professional to manage a New Jersey territory. You will meet or exceed sales plans by building relationships with physicians and key opinion leaders, while delivering compelling presentations and programs that drive opportunities.

The role requires effective planning, strong communication, and the ability to travel extensively to regional and national events. Pharmaceutical or Men's Health experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years business or customer service experience; sales preferred.
• Pharmaceutical Sales highly preferred.
• Men's Health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales plans and objectives with tailored strategies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with opinion leaders and physicians.
• Plan workdays and calls to achieve activity goals.
• Develop programs within territory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and timely.
• Deliver effective sales presentations to customers.
• Represent the company professionally in all business matters.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and corporate policies; operate within territory.
• Attend regional and national conferences.
